Abstract

The paper reveals the problems of the organization of legal awareness in the period of social change. The author connects the crisis of legal awareness with the trends of legal relativism. The technology of formation of legal awareness in discourse in a digital environment is presented. It is proposed to moderate the legal polylogue in discourse by introducing effective models of law-making procedures for interpretation, interpretation, and argumentation.
